Who is responsible for your information

What we collect

We collect only what you send us. If you complete the question form on the Visit page, we receive the name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), the topic you select and the message you write. We do not ask for, and should not be sent, payment card details, passwords, social security numbers or other sensitive identifiers through this website.

If you purchase food in person, by phone or through a delivery partner such as DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub, that order is handled by that service under its own privacy policy. We do not receive payment card information through this website.

Why we use it

• To reply to your question or request.
• To answer questions about allergies, dietary needs, catering or group orders.
• To keep a record of what you asked us and what we answered.

We do not sell your information. We do not use messages you send us for advertising, and we do not share them with delivery partners.

Who else is involved

Our website host receives submissions from the form so they can be delivered to us, and emails them to us as a notification. The automated spam check on the form is provided by Cloudflare. These providers process the information only on our instruction and only so that the form works.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and to keep an accurate record. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for a legal reason.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are a California resident, this includes the rights provided by the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including the right to know and to delete. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of in that sense.
